Rahm Roast -The best mold free specialty coffee

Rahm Roast’s dedication is to single-origin coffees and the emphasis is on high-quality beans. The focus on hand-crafting and small batches shows a commitment to detail and flavor. Guatemala is indeed known for producing excellent coffee beans with delightful chocolate notes.

Roasting coffee beans to a medium level often allows the inherent flavors and characteristics of the beans to shine through. It strikes a balance between preserving the unique qualities of the beans while also developing some additional complexity and depth through the roasting process. Medium roasts are often favored for their well-rounded flavors, showcasing a pleasant combination of acidity, sweetness, and body.

By avoiding dark roasts, Rahm Roast is working to ensure that the flavors of the coffee are not overwhelmed by the roasting process. Dark roasts tend to have bolder, more pronounced flavors, but they can mask some of the subtleties and nuances of single-origin beans. Rahm Roast’s roaster believes that medium roasts are the ideal way to bring out the best flavor profiles of their carefully selected beans.

This approach allows coffee enthusiasts to experience the unique characteristics of each origin and appreciate the nuances that differentiate them. It’s a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship of Rahm Roast in their pursuit of creating exceptional coffee experiences.
